Shailendra Sharma
Shailendra has over two decades of healthcare technology and services experience, including managing point-of-care solutions that helped customers improve patient care, promote provider well-being, and drive appropriate reimbursements using actionable AI insights. In his role as President, Shailendra expects to grow PPS Analytics solution portfolio for healthcare providers, market and life science researchers, payors, and policymakers. Prior to joining PPS Analytics, Shailendra led customer success and global operations for Nuance Communications, managing a large cloud solutions portfolio and global teams. Shailendra has an MBA in Global Business from GA Tech along with AI-Machine Learning certification from Stanford. Shailendra is married and a proud dad of three boys.
Wanda Wilt
Vice President, Customer Success
Wanda brings over 30 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge from her background as an RN in critical care nursing, clinical research, project management, C-suite Urologic Practice Management, and her consulting work with urology practices across the country. Wanda is known for her expertise in developing urologic disease state personalized treatment pathways, successful navigation strategies, analytic/data management workflows, and operationalizing standardized treatment modalities and processes in any size practice. Over the years, Wanda has frequently represented Specialty Networks in a consultant capacity conducting UroGPO programs, such as Nurse Navigator Conferences, Uro2025, and more. When not traveling the country consulting in urology, you will find Wanda enjoying her family farm with her husband. She enjoys gardening, hiking, water skiing, and training her therapy dogs.
John Azzolina
Chief Technology Officer
John oversees the development of the PPS Analytics Platform and the Care Path Agent. Over the last 20 years, John has held a number of lead roles with organizations building sophisticated tools focused on data transformation and data analytics. John has done work directly for clients such as Eli Lilly, The Cleveland Clinic, Charles Schwab, Westfield Insurance and Partners Pharmacy. John has served in both lead architect and developer roles on numerous projects and has significant experience engaging with business and research teams to extract and bring meaning to data collected from disparate systems. In addition to software development, John has worked with clients to bring modern analytical tools to bear on large datasets using statistical modeling, natural language processing, machine learning and neural networks.
Eugene Choi
Eugene leads the development and delivery of the company’s web portals and data solutions. Eugene has a diverse background that has spanned several industries including healthcare, software, professional services, transportation, and financial services. He has held positions in organizations of various sizes, from a small software start-up to a Fortune 100 company. His extensive experience enables him to understand complex business problems and resolve them through the application of technology. Eugene began his technical training at the world-renowned Computer Engineering Program at Carnegie Mellon University and later furthered his education through the Management of Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania. Eugene has demonstrated the entrepreneurial skills necessary to drive and foster innovation as he founded his first software start-up in 1995. Ever since, he has been managing technology and delivering technology solutions through his unique combination of business and technical skills.
Jason Larion
Jason specializes in platform integration and data transformation. He has a 25+ year career in information technology and data integration working in clinical and financial environments. He is responsible for the aggregation and flow of data from the clinical and billing platforms within a practice to the PPS Analytics portal. His team has built a platform that interfaces with 30+ EMR/EHR and Practice Management platforms and can create a single composited view of the patient journey from several disparate systems.

Michael D. Fabrizio
Dr. Fabrizio is board certified by the American Board of Urology and is a fellow in the American College of Surgeons. He is a member of The American Urological Association, Mid-Atlantic Section of the American Urological Association, Endourology Society, and the Society of Urologic Oncology. In addition to being the President and the Endourology Fellowship Director of Urology of Virginia, he currently serves on the board of LUGPA (Large Urology Group Practice Association) and is the past President of the Mid-Atlantic Section of the American Urological Association. Dr. Fabrizio has also served on the boards of several privately held companies Dr. Fabrizio was involved in the early phases of laparoscopy, robotic surgery (FDA trials) and telemedicine and created several clinical programs over the last 21 years in those fields. He brings a unique skill set having served as the President of Urology of Virginia (2008-2019) which has grown 10-15% annually since 2012 and continues to serve as a Professor of Urology at Eastern Virginia Medical School. During his tenure, he also successfully entered and exited his practice from a large health system employment model (2008-2011). Dr. Fabrizio’s knowledge and experience in the clinical space, along with proven business sense, will help drive many of Specialty Networks initiatives and lead Urology into the 2020's.
